Tampa Bay Buccaneers agree to terms with Tiquan Underwood

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have been on a run lately signing multiple former Rutgers University products. On Monday, the Bucs and wide receiver Tiquan Underwood, who was famously cut by the Patriots the night before the Super Bowl, have agreed to terms.
