Kevin Kolb will start in Buffalo Bills’ preseason game

Kevin Kolb still is alive in the Buffalo Bills’ quarterback derby. Bills coach Doug Marrone announced Wednesday that the veteran quarterback will start under center in Friday night’s preseason game.
