Ken Whisenhunt won’t interview with Houston Texans

The Texans have dropped plans to interview Chargers offensive coordinator Ken Whisenhunt due to San Diego’s playoff bid. Now, it’s Penn State coach Bill O’Brien’s job to win, Ian Rapoport reports.
