Lovie Smith, Tampa Bay Buccaneers finalizing contract

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are finalizing a multiyear deal with former Chicago Bears coach Lovie Smith, Ian Rapoport reports. Former Cal coach Jeff Tedford is expected to be Smith’s offensive coordinator.
