Giants waive Will Hill after latest suspension

The Giants apparently didn’t buy Will Hill’s story about second-hand smoke either. The team announced today they had waived the talented but troubled safety. Hill had been suspended another six games for violating the league’s substance abuse policy, after a 2012 violation of the same policy, and a 2013 suspension for violating the PED policy.…
