Rams G Setterstrom out for season — again (AP)
St. Louis Rams offensive guard Mark Setterstrom fractured his left kneecap in the second half of Saturday’s preseason game and will be placed on injured reserve. Coach Scott Linehan said Sunday that Setterstrom, a seventh-round pick in 2006 who has made nine starts in two seasons, would have surgery later in the week.
Rams’ offensive woes continue
By the end of the half, once the starters were done for the evening, the Rams had nothing to show for it. At least on offense. Yes, the August gridiron nightmare continues. In the end, the Rams were winners, 7-6 over San Diego.
