Bill O’Brien: Texans’ QB competition ‘an even battle’

Texans coach Bill O’Brien insists both Ryan Mallett and Brian Hoyer have an even shot at the starting quarterback job. O’Brien said he wanted to see Mallett get a start before making any decision.
