Birk upholds Walden suspension

One day, two suspensions appealed, both upheld. According to NFL spokesman Greg Aiello, hearing officer Matt Birk has sustained the one-game suspension imposed on linebacker Erik Walden for that helmet-to-no-helmet hit on Titans tight end Delanie Walker.
