Browns stay afloat in AFC North with win over Bucs

It wasn’t pretty, but the Browns fended off the Buccaneers, 22-17, in Sunday’s matchup. Brian Hoyer continues to do enough to keep the starting job, while Mike Evans is the bright spot for Tampa Bay.
