Lions WR Johnson says Briggs’ hit ‘was all shoulder pad’

There were plenty of hard hits — both of the legal and illegal variety — to go around Sunday, but Detroit wideout Calvin Johnson appeared to take the worst blow of them all when he was popped by linebacker Lance Briggs in the second half of the Bears’ win.
