Mayor urges fans to celebrate Ravens Super Bowl win peacefully

Baltimore mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake urged fans to party peacefully as they filled the city’s streets to celebrate the Baltimore Ravens’ 34-31 win in Super Bowl XLVII. The city will host a parade for the team on Tuesday.
