Rex Ryan: Michael Vick to start Week 10 vs. Steelers

Despite the loss (and a head injury), Michael Vick will start at quarterback for the New York Jets in Week 10 against the Pittsburgh Steelers, coach Rex Ryan announced after Sunday’s game.
