Saints ‘bounty’ discipline won’t change, commissioner says

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell upheld the discipline that was imposed to the New Orleans Saints and three coaches for continuing violations of the league’s anti-bounty rule that the league said endangered player safety over a three-year period.
